SplashSol Lead Rescue

Turn Missed Enquiries and Open Quotes Into Booked Work

Lead Rescue connects missed calls, forms, advertising leads and WhatsApp with qualification, booking and quotation follow-up. It is built for UK service businesses that already receive enquiries but lose opportunities through slow replies and inconsistent chasing.

Built for Businesses Where One Recovered Job Matters

The first version is for UK roofing and home-improvement firms with valuable work, at least 20 enquiries a month and a real gap between first contact and accepted quote.

More Advertising Cannot Repair a Broken Follow-Up Process

A prospect calls while the team is on a roof. A Facebook lead waits until the evening. A quotation is sent once and never chased. Each problem happens after the business has already paid—in money or reputation—to create the opportunity.

Lead Rescue gives those enquiries a defined response, an owner and a next action. It does not promise that every lead will buy. It makes the lost opportunities visible and helps the business act while interest is still fresh.

What Lead Rescue Connects

The pilot starts with one live source. These components are added in the order supported by the business’s current lead volume, systems and consent process.

Missed-call recovery

When a new-business call is not answered, the workflow can acknowledge the caller immediately and collect the job details needed for a useful callback.

Fast enquiry response

Website, advertising and message enquiries are acknowledged in minutes, with the source and customer details kept together for the owner.

Lead qualification

Prospects are asked a short, approved sequence covering service, location, timing, budget band and any photographs needed before a survey.

Survey and callback booking

Suitable prospects can choose an available appointment or request a callback without waiting for several messages to cross.

Open-quote follow-up

Unanswered estimates receive a controlled follow-up sequence. The workflow stops when the prospect replies or asks not to be contacted.

Daily revenue summary

The owner sees new enquiries, response time, bookings, open quotations, replies and reported wins without learning another large CRM.

How the Founding Pilot Works

We operate and supervise the first workflow. Repeated components become software only after paying customers prove what needs to be standardised.

01

Map the current leaks

We review calls, forms, advertising leads, WhatsApp, calendars and the quotation process. The pilot starts with the most expensive point of loss.

02

Agree the rules

You approve the questions, service areas, handoff rules, response promises and situations that must always go to a person.

03

Connect one live source

The founding pilot connects one lead source first, so the workflow can be tested with real enquiries without replacing every system.

04

Run a 14-day pilot

We supervise replies, exceptions and handoffs while recording response speed, qualified conversations, bookings and quotation replies.

05

Review recovered value

The review separates genuine progress from activity counts. We identify appointments, accepted work and operational time saved where the evidence supports it.

06

Expand only when useful

Additional channels, old-lead reactivation and voice handling are added after the first workflow proves commercially useful.

Transparent estimate

Estimate the Value Currently at Risk

Use your own numbers. This calculator shows the arithmetic behind the opportunity; it is not a revenue promise. A pilot measures what actually changes.

Lead Rescue FAQs

Scope, safeguards, pricing and the founding pilot

Is Lead Rescue an AI receptionist?
No. An AI or automated phone response can be one part of the workflow, but Lead Rescue also handles web and advertising enquiries, qualification, booking, quotation follow-up and reporting. The product is judged by recovered opportunities rather than calls answered.
Who is the founding pilot for?
The initial pilot is for UK service businesses receiving at least 20 enquiries a month, with jobs commonly worth £1,000 or more and enough capacity to take on additional work. Roofing and home-improvement businesses are the first focus.
Do we need to replace our CRM or phone number?
Usually not. We start by connecting one existing lead source and calendar. A lightweight pipeline can be provided where there is no usable CRM, but replacing a functioning system is not the default.
Will the system promise prices or availability?
Only if you have supplied a dependable rule and approved the wording. Ambiguous, sensitive or exceptional enquiries are handed to a person rather than answered with a guess.
What does the 14-day pilot measure?
The baseline and success measure are agreed before launch. Depending on the starting leak, that can include response time, qualified conversations, surveys booked, quotation replies, accepted work and manual time removed.
How much does Lead Rescue cost?
The current planning price is £249 per month plus £500 setup for Core, or £499 per month plus £1,000 setup for Growth. Setup is waived for the first five suitable founding-pilot businesses. Voice and messaging usage above the agreed allowance is quoted clearly.
Can old enquiries be contacted again?
Growth includes a carefully scoped reactivation campaign where the contact basis, message, frequency and opt-out process are suitable. We do not upload an old database and send uncontrolled bulk messages.
What happens if the automation is unsure?
The enquiry is flagged for a person, with the conversation and missing information visible. Human handoff and an audit trail are part of the workflow from the beginning.
