Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver projects and ongoing services within the agreed timelines outlined in your proposal or contract. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by timely provision of content, feedback, and access from your side.

2. Project Milestones

Most projects are delivered in clear phases (e.g. research, design, development, optimisation, launch). We will share regular updates and seek your approval at key milestones before proceeding.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth fulfillment, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and access in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period
• Communicate any changes or additional requirements promptly

4. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes after approval may incur extra fees and could affect the delivery timeline.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue increases, as these depend on many external factors including competition and market conditions.

6. Ongoing Services (Retainers)

Monthly retainers for SEO, PPC, or social media are fulfilled on a continuous basis. We provide monthly reports and strategy updates as part of the service.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

One-time projects are generally non-refundable once work has started. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
